A ticket is no longer in my name, why is it still appearing under my Attendance Board box?

The design logic for the ticket display in the Attendance Board is based on who last changed the ticket status to In Progress, regardless of its previous status and whom it is assigned to.

The ticket is being displayed under your name in the Attendance Board box as the In Progress status was last set by yourself.

The design logic for the ticket display in the Attendance Board is based on who last changed the ticket status to "In Progress", regardless of its previous status and whom it is assigned to.

Fix:
To solve this current issue, you could assign the ticket to another Tech or yourself, set a different (applicable) ticket status, then assign it back to the resolving Tech. Actually, the ticket will disappear from your view as soon as a status other than In Progress is assigned to it.

By best-practice, the "In-Progress" status is set by the resolving Tech to indicate that actual work has begun. If the ticket is not being "worked on", then its SLA clock should be stopped using other ticket statuses (ex. Escalated, Misrouted, etc.).
