Bot Message Status

Know what each status mean in the Message report


  • If the status is Received, the tech successfully got the message.
  • If the status is Ready, the message is yet to be delivered.
    • The Bot is preparing to send the message to the user
    • The Bot is unable to send the message to the user due to some factors
      • Teams from Integrations is not synced properly
      • MSPbots Teams App is not installed on users own Teams instance
It is important to have the MSPbots app from the App store installed in your Teams as this is how the bot would communicate to the users.
