How to add or edit a work schedule template

Admins can create, modify, and delete a work schedule template. They can also assign templates to employees schedule


To Add or Edit work schedule template

  • Click Attendance Tab

  • Locate and click Work Schedule

  • Select  Template Setting

    • Select Add to create a schedule template
    • Click Edit next to the schedule to modify the template
    • To remove a template, click the Delete option

To assign or Edit a work schedule to an employee

  • Click Attendance Tab
  • Select the user you wish to add or edit the schedule template
  • Click Edit option
    • Click the drop-down arrow from Template
    • Select which template you wish to assign
  • Click Confirm
