Ticket and Activity status

The Report can be filtered by resources and board name

  • Resources are the Employee names
  • Board is the ServiceBoard

Displays the following widgets on ticket status and activity

  • Client Responded
  • Highest Hours
  • Oldest Tickets
  • Missing Classification
  • 2 Days - No Action
  • Past Due
  • Due Tomorrow
