The bot has stopped sending alert messages
If the bot has stopped sending alert messages, kindly verify that the following settings are properly configured
Bot Tab
- The Alert function is enabled for the type of bot you need to trigger an alert
- Main Bot Switch is disabled
Integrations Tab
- For ConnectWise Manage
- Check if your PSA API Status color is in "green"
- Click Synchronise to push settings
- To edit the PSA key, click "Config" and provide the value for
- ConnectWise URL:
- ConnectWise Company ID:
- CW API PublicKey:
- CW API PrivateKey:
- Click Synchronise to push settings
- If it's in Amber or Yellow, click the "permission"
- Verify which permissions are allowed and which are restricted
- Success: Allowed to be read by MSPbots
- Error: Restricted to be read by MSPBots
- If the permissions are in "error" status, review your CW permissions and re-sync your settings in both CW and https://app.mspbots.ai/Integrations
- Verify which permissions are allowed and which are restricted
- Check if your PSA API Status color is in "green"
- For Autotask
- Check if your PSA API Status color is in "green"
- Click Synchronise to push settings
- To edit the PSA key, click "Config" and provide the value for
- Username (Key)
- Password (Secret)
- Click Synchronise to push settings
- If it's in Amber or Yellow,
- Verify which permissions are allowed and which are restricted from your Autotask access
- If the permissions are in "error" status, review your AT permissions and re-sync your settings in both AT and https://app.mspbots.ai/Integrations
- Check if your PSA API Status color is in "green"
- Teams
- Check if Status color is in "green"
- If it's in Amber or Yellow. Click "Config" and select "Sync Authorization"
- Wait for the Bot messages to push thru, it might take 3 to 5 mins
- Check if Status color is in "green"
If all settings are properly configured and still you are not receiving any Alert messages from the bot.
