How is MSPbots different from ConnectWise Workflow?

As of March 2021, ConnectWise Workflow uses a limited number of trigger events for internal/external and escalation notifications that would be sent only thru email. We found that these emails can easily be ignored by the Technicians by simply creating email filters. Which leads to lack of accountability and supervisor follow-ups if chosen to be ignored.  

MSPbots is able to use Ticket Status, Time Entries, Utilizations and a lot more as triggers for the bots to send real-time notifications to the Technician, their Supervisor up to their Managers thru Microsoft Teams. The bots also has the ability to alert the technicians themselves, eliminating the need of constant daily callouts from their supervisors.
