Importance of AAD Sync Authorization

Sync users’ managers, position, and avatar pictures, as well as future users’ data changes from AAD.

The Trigger Bot can help managers review each of their technicians' daily tasks.

This includes:

  • Proper tagging Tickets statuses
  • Adding correct Time Entry logs
  • Updating Attendance Statuses from "Late in clocking IN or OUT", Over Lunch and Breaks, and Idle Time
  • Reviews each ticket and sends a QA summary to the technicians

IF a technician continuously triggers the same bot or require the Manager to step in to help the employee. It will trigger an Escalation flow, this sends a message to the manager with the summary of why it is escalation a message to them. Escalation will also send a message to the Manager's reporting manager if needed.
