The bot will send an alert to the technician to take further action on the ticket or to seek help if needed. Or to update the ticket to the correct status if the technicians have completed the task.
The bot will review a ticket under a [x] status and is beyond the allowed threshold
Admins would need to define the

- Minute parameter is when the bot will be triggered
