Ticket Closure QA bot

Sends the results of a QA check to users whenever a ticket is closed

This bot is available for ConnectWise Manage PSA Integrations


It audits all closed tickets then sends a summary base on the ticket status and ticket board. Allowing technicians to check if the tickets are done correctly or need to be reviewed.


The bot will send a message to the technician with their tickets QA Summary.

The summary is base on the board, status, and items defined by the admin.

Admins can set three parts of parameters, the first is the:
  • Board name
  • Ticket status
  • Check item
    • Check Type
    • Check Subtype
    • Check Configuration
