Reminds user to add the resolution to a completed ticket


This bot is available for ConnectWise Manage PSA Integrations


If a ticket is marked as Completed but is missing a resolution, a bot will trigger a reminder to the user, asking them to revisit the ticket and add resolution notes. This proper documentation habit leads to the consistency of delivering great service regardless of which technician we are sending out for our clients.


The bot will review Tickets that ticket status contains "Complete" and will trigger an alert if
