What are the N/A's in our Attendance Board?

The Technician having N/A status needs to move an assigned ticket into In Progress once they begin "working" on it, and maintain this behavior.

This display relies on the In-progress status of tickets that users are working on.

N/A on your Attendance Board is an indicator that the User has not changed any ticket to In Progress status from the time you signed-up to MSPbots.

Fix:

The Technician having N/A status needs to move an assigned ticket into In Progress once they begin "working" on it, and maintain this behavior.
